Need to return something? Not a problem. All we ask is for the item(s) to be returned in new condition or as originally received and that our return guidelines below are followed.   Please notify us by email or phone, not letter, as it takes to long to receive it.

*Please request information on the item before buying in regards to any damage, restoration or more photo’s you would like. We are happy to oblige to insure that the customer is always satisfied thus making the whole return process unnecessary.

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, or as received condition with its original packaging, storage boxes, containers, manuals, accessories and hand tags etc.. intact. Any new item that has been used for "a ride, worn once" will be considered used and will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

When Will My Credit Card Be Credited?

All refunds are issued within 3-5 business days from the date the package is received to our facility. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

FAQ's

When Will the Credit be applied to My Credit Card be Credited?

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We will email you with a credit confirmation as soon as the return is processed.

Can I have a refund\credit issued to a different payment method that was used for purchase?

All refunds that are issued are refunded\credited back to the original payment method used for purchase. We are unable to refund an alternate payment method.

Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?

Return shipping is at your expense (Non-Refundable), using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records.

Will I be issued a refund for the shipping cost I paid to have my order shipped to me?

Unfortunately no, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.

 

Gift Card Purchase Returns:

Gift cards are not cash redeemable.

All returns paid with a Gift Card will be issued store credit, only good for use on Sweetiesattic.com only.

 

Store Credit Purchase Returns

Store Credit Returns are not cash redeemable.

All returns paid using a Store Credit Code will be issued store credit only good for use on Sweetiesattic.com.

Late Returns

Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted as a return. If your return does not meet our 14 day return policy, your returned items will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped according to the information on their respective product page. Unless otherwise stated in the product information, shipping method will be determined by the best match for safety. Orders may ship the following carriers: USPS, Federal Express, United Parcel Service.

Shipping amount shown is for the Lower 48 contiguous United States.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be at cost.  Buyer should email before purchasing to receive an accurate shipping quote.

 

Rejecting Packages or Undelivered Packages
If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual amount we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the total of your order as FedEx/UPS/USPS will bill our account a second time to return the package to our warehouse facility.

 

Hawaii & Alaska Customers :

Orders will be shipped either Federal Express or USPS(depending on the weight of the package). All orders that are placed and are being shipping to these 2 locations will be subject to review before shipping and may be subject to additional shipping charges or possible order cancellation.  You will be notified by email / phone before order is shipped.
